WYG Türkiye is looking for a “Senior IT Expert” with below-mentioned qualifications to work with us for on-going Technical Assistance for Promotion of Lifelong Learning Project as short-term expert.

Expected Deliverables
•    Needs analysis;
•    Technical specifications for web portal design;
•    Technical specifications for the test program;
•    Specifications for the design of training material for end users of the web portal;
•    Procedures related to security, updating and maintenance.
Qualifications:
•    University degree in IT or post-secondary IT qualification (in lack of this formal degree, 10 years of professional experience is required in the requested post)
•    Relevant references related to the expected deliverables mentioned above
General Professional Experience:
•    At least 10 years hands-on professional experience related to the deliverables mentioned above
Specific Skills:
•    Fluent in written and oral English and Turkish
•    Having at least one project experience in a EU related project with the above descriptions would be an asset
•    Experience in web portal and website development
•    Excellent organisational skills
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
