WYG Turkey is looking for SME consultants to work together with the business development team for the preperation and development of projects in the competitiveness sector.

Qualifications:

•    At least bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (preferably in social sciences, economics or equivalent)
•    Post-Graduate Degree will be an asset
•    At least 7 years of professional working experience in the field of providing technical assistance/advisory services forSMEs to improve their competitiveness (product development, marketing, productivity, efficiency, business plans, trainings, business development services, innovation, foreign trade, enterpreneurship, quality certification)
•    At least 3 years of work experience on EU and other donor funded projects
•    Solid knowledge on procurement procedures of EU (PRAG) as well as PCM and Project Management
•    Experience on bidding and proposal preparation for international tenders with proven capability to draft and write proposals will be a definite advantage
•    Full computer literacy (Office Programmes)
•    Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is a requirement
•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•    No military service obligation for male candidates
