The Analyst will be responsible for assisting the HR and Recruitment Team in the identification and recruitment of tender and project based experts for EU and other international donor funded projects in a wide range of sectors   .

EU Recruitment Analyst

•    Bachelor degree from a reputable university (English as a teaching language) is a must
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Full computer (MS Office) and internet literacy
•    Ability to work under stress and within flexible hours and tight deadlines
•    No military service obligation (or postponed for 2 years) for male applicants
•     At least 3 years of professional working experience in the field of HR and recruitment
•     Working experience in EU or other international donor funded projects is a must
•     Good familiarity with Project Cycle Management (PCM) and EC Practical Guide (PRAG) approaches
