 Portekiz Ulusal Ajansı tarafından Portekiz, Porto'da 4-9 Mayıs 2010 tarihlerinde düzenlenecek olan Get in net - training course for " Transnational Youth initiatives" isimli eğitim etkinliğne Türkiye'den burslu katılmak ister misiniz?
Başvurular elektronik ortamda "online" olarak yapılmaktadır. Son başvuru tarihi 19 Mart 2010'dur. Eğitim dili İngilizce'dir. Kurs esnasında çevirmenlik hizmeti verilmemektedir. Dernek, vakıf, üniversite toplulukları, GSİM Gençlik Merkezleri, okul kulüpleri gibi kar amacı gütmeyen kurum / kuruluşlar adına başvuru yapılabilir (Başvuru formunda "organisation" kelimesi ile kastedilen bu kuruluşlardır.). Bir kuruluştan en fazla 1 kişiye destek verilecektir. Türkiye'den toplam olarak 2 kişi kursa katılım sağlayabilecektir. Başvuruları kabul edilenlerin yeme-içme, konaklama masrafları Portekiz Ulusal Ajansı tarafından karşılanacaktır. Ekonomik sınıf yolculuk masrafları, seyahat sigortası ücreti, yurt dışı çıkış harcı ücreti ve vize masrafları Merkez Başkanlığımız tarafından karşılanacaktır. This training course is aimed at enabling the participants to develop and realise an Action 1.2 Transnational Youth Initiatives.
What for?
This TC has been implemented in order to increase the quality of Transnational Youth Initiatives within the framework of the YOUTH in Action programme and to explore their added value (European dimension) for the local community.
The specific objectives of the course are:
1) To acquire project management and communication competences for international activities;
2) To develop an understanding of the principles of networking;
3) To learn about the YOUTH in Action Programme and the “Quality criteria of Action 1.2”;
4) To share and transfer experiences of activities undertaken in the local community;
5) To create a space for contact making and finding potential partners for Transnational Youth Initiatives;
6) To develop an action plan for creating a Transnational Youth Initiative project.
Who can apply?
G.I.N. TC is open to young people aged between 18-30, belonging to an organisation or a group who:
- Are resident in one of the YOUTH in Action countries (27 EU countries + Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Turkey)
- Have experience in local projects, ideally ex-beneficiaries of local youth initiatives;
- Already have an idea to develop into a Transnational Youth Initiative project;
- Are motivated and have the possibility within their organization to set up a Transnational Youth Initiative project
after the training course;
- Are eager to find partners interested in the same theme;
- For the quality of the Training course the number of participants should not exceed 26.
- The participants should be able to work and communicate in english (working language).
What is it all about?
The programme is designed to enable you to develop and realise your Transnational Youth Initiative projects to be implemented after the course, including the following:
- YOUTH IN ACTION programme – Action 1.2. Transnational Youth Initiatives
You will receive information about the YOUTH IN ACTION programme, particularly the criteria and concrete examples of Action 1.2 Transnational Youth Initiative projects.
- Project management- You will reflect on current needs in your local community. You will define concrete project ideas to answer those needs. You will set up the first steps in the development of your Transnational Youth Initiative projects.
- Teamwork- You will be given suggestions on how to work in international teams: decision-making processes, division of tasks, and cooperation between partner groups.
- Intercultural experience- You will experience intercultural awareness: values, stereotypes, prejudices, relations between cultures, international project work.
- Contact making- You will get to know each others’ projects and/or organisations and will share previous experiences and good practices at local or European level.
Which methods will be used?
The course will be based on the principles and practice of non-formal education taking into account your needs, motivations and previous experiences as starting point of the programme. A diversity of working methods will be used for learning about Transnational Youth Initiatives management: thinking together, brainstorming, creating new ideas, discussions, debates, simulations, etc. You will be supported actively to work on concrete projects and enabled to apply for Action 1.2 of the YOUTH IN ACTION programme. There will be space for regular feedback and evaluations.
