IKADA Consulting is a public sector consultancy company which was founded in 1999. BUSINESS ANALYST// Location: Ankara



  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or Business Administration


  • Excellent command of written and verbal English

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Preferably relevant work experience in assisting European Union (EU) or other international donor-funded Technical Assistance Projects
  • Interest in public policy, developmental issues and foreign relations
  • Strong drafting and correspondence skills, prior proven record of report writing will be considered as an asset
  • Good time management and organisational skills, ability to perform under tight schedules
  • Willingness and openness to travel for project activities
  • Experience on bidding and proposal preparation for international tenders will be a definite advantage


  • Assisting the preparation, drafting, editing, translation and formatting of project proposals and reports
  • Researching new business opportunities, networking with companies and experts
  • Tracking and identification of national and international donor funded projects (EU, UN, WB etc.)
  • Preparation of tender applications and documentation in line with defined procedures
  • Managing clarifications and other project related requirements
  • Corresponding with experts, evaluation and editing of CVs
  • Provision of consultancy and administrative support to the implementation of on-going international donor funded projects
